SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you get a confirmation of Return Merchandise Authorization from Crecer Lighting for the product. For RMA confirmation please email us Info@crecerlighting.com. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and confirmation of Return Merchandise Authorization from Crecer Lighting Inc.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery are not able to refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Info@crecerlighting.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

U.S. Shipping

We ship most lights for FREE using standard ground shipping. Expedited shipping is available for an extra cost. Contact us before your purchase if you prefer an expedited shipping method. After the order is processed, allow 4 to 14 days for the product(s) to reach you if shipped to a U.S address.

Free shipping for orders over $500 is available in the contiguous 48 states. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may warrant additional shipping charges. If ordering from Alaska or Hawaii, an invoice will be sent to you after your order is received to cover the additional charges. Or, if you are from one of these states, you may contact us for a shipping quote before your purchase. 

Free shipping is not available on products that require a quote. Shipping fees will be assessed after your transaction (or contact us before your order for a quote.)

Canada Shipping

We ship most lights for FREE using standard ground shipping to Canada (Excluding the Yukon, Northwest Territory and Nunavut). Expedited shipping is available for an extra cost. Contact us before your purchase if you prefer an expedited shipping method. After the order is processed, allow 4 to 14 days for the product(s) to reach you if shipped to a Canada address.

Shipping to the Yukon, Northwest Territory and Nunavut may warrant additional shipping charges. If ordering from the Yukon, Northwest Territory and Nunavut, an invoice will be sent to you after your order is received to cover the additional charges. Or, if you are from one of these areas, you may contact us for a shipping quote before your purchase.

International Orders

Nearly all of our lights can be shipped internationally using FedEx, UPS, USPS or other couriers. Please email us to receive a shipping quote for lights shipped outside of the U.S.

VAT, duties, and local charges may be due at delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping

To return your product, you must require confirmation of RMA from Crecer Lighting Inc. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We are shipping through UPS ground or FedEx Ground service depending on your location. You will receive your item within 4-14 days. Thank you for shopping.
